Refund policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at happyearthstudiobyshruti@gmail.com
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Since our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, returns are not accepted unless the product is received damaged or defective.
- For damaged/defective products, please share unboxing images/videos within 48 hours of delivery at happyearthstudiobyshruti@gmail.com. After verification, we will process a replacement or refund.
- Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
